The Challenge
Rotten posts and weathered framing had left the original fence leaning, inconsistent, and unable to provide reliable privacy.

Planning the Work
The existing fence line, grade, access, neighbouring conditions, and gate movement were reviewed before removal. Post spacing and finished height were planned to provide privacy without creating awkward partial panels or inconsistent top lines.
Craftsmanship & Installation
Failed material was removed methodically, new pressure-treated posts were aligned and set in concrete, and cedar boards were installed with deliberate spacing. Gate bracing, latch position, caps, and exposed fasteners were treated as part of the finished appearance.

The new fence restores privacy and gives the yard a secure, orderly boundary. Durable support components and replaceable cedar boards also make future maintenance more straightforward.
